The purchase can be made with a Gift card or any other valid payment method.

Conditions of Use of the ANA SOUSA & Vila Galé Voucher at Vila Galé Hotels
- ANA SOUSA is responsible for delivering/sending vouchers to customers. This delivery/sending can be done in a physical store or via email, at the customer's discretion. ANA SOUSA has up to 10 working days to make the voucher available for collection in store or to send by email.
- For purchases made on anasousa.com, the 10 working days are only valid from the moment the order is shipped.
- For purchases made on anasousa.com, if the order is returned the voucher is automatically cancelled.
- Vila Galé and ANA SOUSA are not responsible for any improper use of the voucher, therefore, in the event of loss or misplacement, the amount will be considered lost;
- Once the validity period has ended, the voucher will be automatically cancelled;
- The use of the voucher is subject to prior reservation and availability of the desired hotel;
- Reservations must be made to the Vila Galé Customer Service and Reservations Center by telephone (+351) 212 460 650 or by email portugal.reservas@vilagale.com;
- If the face value of the voucher exceeds the amount of the stay, there will be no refund or credit for the remaining amount;
- Mandatory presentation of the voucher at check-in
