Shoulder to shoulder (A):

Measure the distance between the tip of one shoulder to the other.

Chest (B):

Put the measuring tape under your arms to measure around the fullest part of your bustline.

Waist (C):

Measure around your natural waistline.

Hips (D):

Measure around the widest point of your hip area, usually is 20cm down from your natural waistline.

Between-legs (E):

Measure your inseam from the top inside of your leg at crotch to your anklebone.
